Change the flush ball at the bottom if it is an old ball, or shorten the chain if it is a new one. : A friend of mine has a toilet that is not working properly so I offered to help her find some advice. When she flushes the toilet, she has to hold down the handle in order to flush the toilet. Thanks for your help!!!
