Moving a Shower Drain

I have an existing cast Iron floor drain set in concrete. The drain is about 3" offset from where the new fiberglass insert fits. What do I need to do to move the drain? The other option is to retile an existing wall. Avoiding tile work is the main reason I got a shower insert. Thanks In Advance, Brian
