Thank you. : : Pat, look at it this way, if you need bypass surgery and it cost 10,000 and you will live 10 more years or if you have the option of getting a new heart for $40,000 and living 40 more years, budget or no budget which way would you go. so what my advice is if your going to do this do it once and go for it. get a new tub and there are still good plasters out there that can put back the tile or retile if you need to.yes it hurts the budget now but 20 years from now you won't be sorry. it's also a good selling point if you ever decide to sell your home. well thats just my opinion,good luck on what ever you decide. Dale I don't mean to butt in but! I work for a company in California that does tub refinishing. Whoever you hired to refinish your tub and sink used car paint. If you were to have used someone that sprayed with Kott coating you would have had an exellent job and know peeling. Paul
