Intermittent Submersible well problem

We have a 100 feet deep submersible well system at our home. Recently the circuit breaker for the pump circuit will click-off (always while water is being used, usually during a shower). When I reset the breaker, the pressure switch doesn't engage to start the pump back up until I reset the circuit breaker a second time. Then everything starts operating normally. This has been occurring once every few days. My intial diagnosis was a worn out circuit breaker. But after replacing it two days ago, the problem reoccurred this morning. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
