: I RECENTLY CHANGED SHOWER FIXTURE AND NEW KITCHEN SINK (FAUCET) IN DOING THIS, WATER PRESSURE WAS REDUCED IN EACH. HOW CAN I INCREASE PRESSURE (WATER FLOW) IN BOTH?

most all new shower heads have a little plastic flow restrictor in where it screws on the shower arm, remove the restrictor and you will have great pressure again. As far as the kitchen faucet, the flow restrictor is the aerator on the end of the spout, remove the aerator and remove the restrictor or a couple of the screens to get good pressure, the flow is not restricted in the faucet, only at the aerator.
