We are remodeling an existing master bath. We will be removing the old tub, ceramic tile walls and installing new. Do you have any advice on which type of remodel gives a higher resale value when the owner sells? We are looking at some beautiful ceramic wall tile with a cast iron tub and also at a fiberglass tub/shower surround. The floor will be ceramic. Both look nice so which is better? |
