: I have a Mansfield toilet intake valve that keeps running, even after the tank is filled up. I went to the hardware store and purchased a new LASCO toilet valve kit with replacement black rubber bladders and brass screws. But once I had installed these, the problem persisted. Have I installed them incorrectly, or do you have any other suggestions. (The diagram on the replacement parts kit was too tiny to read). Thanks for any suggestions. Howard, Is the flapper holding?
