Is this in a condo or townhouse? : I like to use concrete backer board with vapor barrier on the wood studs, and open space between the studs. Concrete board will wick moisture to the back. Terry :This is a 35 year old house. What exactly is a vapor barrier? Plastic or roofing felt or do you just ask for it. Thanks so much for you help so fast. I love your site. |
