You will have to check with a structural engineer, but my feeling is that there is no way to splice them and then retension them. You may have to install brackets and new cables external to the foundation and then tension them.
: We are remodeling and adding a room to our house that required the contractor 'trench" the foundation for new plumbing. He inadvertantly cut two post tension cables. Can they be repaired ?
