In response to Re: shower and spiget flow
: We have reciently moved into a house where the Shower/tub area had to be rebuilt due to the flooring underneith rotting away. I can not help but to believe somthing was incorectly installed in the Shower. When we turn the shower on, even when it is open to is full flow point, the majority of the water is still comming out the spiggot. We lose most of our hot water through the spiggot and therefor end up in a tub full of scalding water and cold showers. We also would like to know how to install the plug unit since it was left compleatly out with just a hole for it. I would greatly appreciate any help. Nora Drudy

Nora, you need to replace the tub dirverter spout. Also I do not know what brand trip lever waste and over flo you have so i am unable to help on that. You may need a 1-1/2 rubber stopper with your model. Dale's Plumbing Service Inc LMP
