recently my garbage dispoer (in the sink) has developed an obnoxious odor. it's so bad that when I walk in the front door of the house, I can smell it. I've tried many different remedies, baking soda, lemons, ice cubes, even products from the local hardware stores and nothin seems to work. I have a double sink and the odor is only coming from the side with the dispoer. last nite I disassembled the trap to look and see if anything was stuck in the drain pipes. Nope - nothing. What else can I do short of replacing the disposer? |
