: I've noticed that after I use the shower or sink upstairs (in the master bathroom) that I hear what sounds like a dripping noises for about an hour after that while I'm in the bedroom. I can't figure out where the noise is coming from or if indeed it's a drip. Any suggestions on figuring out what this noise is and where it's coming from? It's not that loud of a noise; I can't hear it over the heater, but if the heater isn't on, it's very distinct.

Sarah, It may be a drain line or a vent that is expanding or contracting or a hot water line that is expanding or contracting. As long as it is doing it from both this is all i can think of. You didn't say you saw any water stains. But you may have a leak on the drain that takes both fixtures.Dale's Plumbing Service LMP
