a electic on demand water heater will have problems keeping up with the water flow rate to fill a tub of that size my largest one is only capable of only 114* water at a flow rate of 1 gallon per minute. There is a gas model that has a built in powervent so you would not need to use your current flue pipe all you would have to do is mount it on the wall and run the exhaust straight out. it would work great in place of your current 50 gallon tank type. measurements are only 24"highx16"WideX 9"deep and is capable of 216 gallons per hour with a 90* temp rise. built in power vent. 35,000 to 165,000 Btu burner and electronic ignition. If you need some questions answered just post here or give me a email.
have fun in the tub
