From your description, I wonder if the tub and sink drains have vents on them. If not, then the drainage from the sink could suck the water out of their traps. : We installed a new bath above our garage, about 3 steps up from our kitchen. Everytime you run water in the kitchen you get a tremendous gurgling noise in the tub and sink drains that is heard even in the kitchen its so loud. I can't figure it out. Please HELP!!!
