: tin ceiling at the second floor, and the bathroom in the third floor (located at outside wall) can't have any

Most of the companies make a pressure assist floor mount, back outlet toilet.
Among them would be American Standard, Gerber, Kohler.
Crane makes a wall hung gravity toilet called the Rexmont.
