I am installing a toliet in my basement. There is already a rough in (cast iron) for a toliet that is at or a little below the cement floor level. How do I connect a plastic toliet flange to the cast iron pipe? They is about a 1/2" space around the entire outside edge of the cast iron pipe. They put sytrofoam around the cast iron before they poured the floor. Thank you for your help. |
