It has been suggested that a good method of creating an insulated floor in a basement (on concrete) is to simply glue rigid insulation (the blue stuff) to the concrete and then 5/8" plywood on top, screwed through the insulation into the concrete. No sleepers under the plywood. Sounds reasonable to me, what does anyone else think? |
