I am purchasing a new home and when we walked through the house there was no hot water anywhere in the house although thewre is hot water in the tank and the tank is turned to max heating. When I turned on the hot water, there was a approx. 5 second burst of hot water and then it was cold. The anti scald valve is right at the water heater and since the heater was turned to max, could the problem be that the valve is not working correctly or the water out of the tank is to hot? thanks |
