: I have been surfing the net looking for the best way to install an ejector pump. We are hooking one up for a basement bathroom (tub, sink, toilet) and laundry room (sink, washing machine). I have found several different suggests. All advise a check valve, some advise a drain valve or a gate valve as well. Some suggest a 2" drain on the discharge and others a 3". What would you advise? Also do you have any suggests on a brand or model that is reliable?
