Fine HomeBuilding had an article about them last year (maybe the year before). See if you can find it. The author made it out of something like 16" PVC pipe. Trouble is you have to buy a 10' length. He made the door himself, but you could probably buy a cabinet door to match a vanity. Fire Code required a smoke detector in the top of the chute. Good Luck.
