: Do you set this closet flange that fits inside the 4" pipe flush with the concrete floor, or should be be raised up accordingly if you are installing floor tile? Right now the game plan is to install sheet flooring not tile, but we all know how plans are changed.
The flange should be set flush to the concrete floor (the bottom of the flange should be on the concrete), secured with concrete anchors to the floor. Standard closet bolts work with some flooring depth. Long ones can be had also. Terry
