mcphersons inc upflush toilet parts

have friend who asked me to search for parts. Has McPherson's Inc upflush toilet in basement that overflows because the bowl overfills with fresh water. He is having a plumber/friend install a second shutoff valve above the existing one since they believe the existing shutoff leaks. He was upset to find out that the phone listing for McPherson's was gone and the company apparently belly up. If there is info on parts available through another source, or a more detailed parts listing with brand names of the supporting manufacturors available I would appreciate a heads up on this, thanks
