TIM:TRY DRAINING THE WATER HEATER,,YOU WILL FIND THAT MANY MINERALS
BUILD-UP IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK,CONNECT A WATER HOSE TO THE
DRAINCOCK AT THE BOTTOM OF YOU WATER HEATER AND OPEN TILL WATER COMES OUT CLEAR
THEN SHUT WATER OFF TO TANK AND ALLOW IT TO DRAIN ALLL THE WAY DOWN
SEE IF THAT DOESNT CURE YOUR PROBLEM...
