I would guess you should get a good plumber to remove the old head and arm. I have never seen any that were so bad that they could not be removed, and if this one is that bad, it should have been taken care of before they redid the walls and everything.

: I paid a company $3100.00 to remodel my bathroom.
: They installed new walls, tiles, bathtub, toilet,
: shower faucets, etc.
: I found this company from Improve Net. They completed
: the remodel on 1/21/00 with one exception, they could not get the old shower head and short pipe off as it was "frozen" and in the process they messed up the old
: shower head and now it is very difficult to move as they ruined the ballhead.
: The new shower head and short pipe is sitting in a box
: and I really consider this an incomplete job besides the fact that the old shower head is worse now than before they began. What should I do at this point?
