: TERRI - or anyone who can help. : I have followed the directions Terri gave to Bob on March 7, 1997 for stopping a Stanadyne(Moen) brand shower head from leaking. Once I take the cartrige clip out I can not remove the cartrige. I pull on the cartridge but it won't budge. Any suggestions??? thanks! You will need a moen stem or cartridge puller. It is a tool designed to pull out the moen cartridge.Dale's Plumbing Service |
