It is unfortunate that your supplier won't come through for you, however, one thing that should be done, if it hasn't already, is to inject low expansion polyurethane foam underneath the base. Fiberglass tubs do not have the strength required on their own. Hopefully your supplier has a repair technician that knows what they are doing!
