I have never seen any dishwasher that allowed the necessary 2 3/8" space behing it. They all take up almost the entire 24", unless you can find a small European model that is shallower. : I know it depends on the particular dishwasher, but is it common for a dishwasher to allow for a 2" DWV pipe to take up some of the 24" depth for the dishwasher? In my case, the 2" pipe would displace 4" of the right half of the dishwasher.
