outside spigot

my backyard spigot is a mess. it is noisy and leaky. I have changed my front spigot myself.
It was easy to do because I was able to see where it
connected inside the unfinished garage. the problem is that the back
spigot is connected behind the sink cabinet in the kitchen. I have no way
of getting in there unless I cut out the back panel of the sink cabinet, which I would prefer
not to do. Any suggestions??
