In response to Re: Leaking 3" pvc coupler
: I have a 2 foot piece of pvc that runs from an elbow to the main drain(Stack). The coupler between the elbow and stack is leaking. There is no room at all for any flexing of the pipe to change the coupler. Its leaking water when you flush the toilet. Is there any way in cutting out that coupler and replacing it with something that you dont need a lot of room to fit in? Please help Chuck

Chuck, Take a pocket knife and scrap inside the joint as best as you can, put newspaper on your floor to protect from dripping glue. After you scrape out as much as you can put primer on the joint and then glue. Use blue glue. Let it dry 24hrs. If this doesn't work I'll tell you how to replace this fitting. Dale Peck LMP
