underneath the bathroom linoleum floor there is a concrete/sand layer. a small section of this got wet due to a leaking pipe and basically just turned to sand. my questions are 1) what is this stuff and what is the best way to repair the damaged area, 2) is there a sealer I can put on it before I put on new linoleum tile, and 3) what method is the best for removing old linoleum flooring from this material John in seattle |
