Plumbing in Cramped Places

We recently removed all the galvanized plumbing from our 1924 vintage downstairs bathroom and have
began planning the risers to the new fixtures. Unfortunately the crawl space underneath the bathroom
tapers down to approximately 14-16 inches at the wall where the risers are needed and to make matters
worse the DWV lines box in this area making soldering nearly impossible. From the looks of it
all the original plumbing was completed before the floor was laid down.

Is it ok to snake 1/2 in. coiled copper or PEX tubing for the risers and then tee into the
supply line and fixtures?
