Jack, Yes, Most toilets come in 10", 12" which is standard, and 14" rough-in. That's not to say everyone stocks them. They are available though in the common two-piece versions. Toto will be coming out with a one-piece toilet this Summer that will be convertible between the 10, 12, and 14 rough-in. Terry
