I have a quick question for anyone who can help. I bought a house about a year ago and quickly found that the toilet doesn't fully flush most of the time. It seems that it flushes good about every third time or so. I have checked my vent, it seems clear. I have checked the drop in my waste line which is about 1 inch per 4 feet. I have checked the waste pipe at the toilet and it is clear. I seen the earlier posting that mentioned the possibility of clogged flush holes but thet appear to be open too. I am totally baffled with this and have been told that a cheap toiulet can cause this problem, is this true and if it is what is makes this happen? Is there anything else thta can cause this problem?
