I want to install a sink and toilet downstairs in the laundry room. There is this concrete block filled with dirt with a pvc pipe sticking out of it. What is that for. And how do I go about finding if the piping is in the wall for the sink? I want it to be a do it yourself project, but I doesn't seem to be so easy. Please help. Thank you in advance. |
