: When using PVC sheeting for a shower pan and cememtious backerboard for a substrate, how does one affix the backerboard to the curb without compromising the ingtegrity of the waterproof membrane? Bob, we just use 1-1/2 roofing nails and then the tile glue will water proof the heads. Try not to put a nail head at a seam in the tile.Dale Peck LMP
