cracked toilet flush tank

I have an American Standard toilet #1474043 (Venetian Pink). The tank has developed a hairline crack with a small drip. I would like to maintain the color scheme of the fully tiled walls and sink(Venetian Pink).This toilet was manufactured from 1962 to 1973. I have tempoarily sealed the crack using epoxy but would like to buy a replacement tank. American Standard does not stock them any longer.
