3/4 vs 1 on low consumption Sloan valve

Can a Sloan #111 1.5 g low consumption valve for water closet use a 3/4" supply. All Sloans toilet Flushometers still use a 1" IPS supply (they need it for sure for more gallons) but the Flushometer line for urinals are 3/4" with the same water volume (1.5g) I've got 3/4" handy but will run 1" if toilet needs it. Would like to know of real experience and not math/theory. Thanks. PS thanks Dale on the urinal drain reduction question. I found it in the code. You were right on.
