Dave:........If the reason for the change is due to a failure of slotted hole that receives the closet bolts, you may wish to try this instead of replacing the flange.
Get a pair of" COSET SCREWS", and a masonry bit of the proper size to drill into the concrete floor at the exact spot where the toilet will be fastened. I suggest that you use the lead shield type of anchors and brass closet screws,
this repair will be better than the origina, and last a lifetime. lots of luck...Bud.
