: : I am working on a remodling project for my elderly parents. I am wondering if anyone has tried the American Standard Cadet EL pressure assist (16 1/8 " high) toilet? Are they really noisey, and what about the refill rate, is it slow? I would apprieciate any advice.
: : Thanks

: The American Standard PA toilets with the 503 Flushmate work well and are quieter than before. A/S does a good job on the noise end of things. There is a bit more "whoosh" than with the gravity toilets to be sure. They refill fairly quickly. Terry

Our sound evaluation of the pressure assist is averaging 59 db. The current series 503 is quieter that the original unit. The refill cycle is dependant apon the line pressure, its range is 30 to 60 seconds. For additional information please visit our website at www.flushmate.com
