All I had to do was with an adjuastable wrench replace the valve that regulate the water pressure. It looked like the washer was a little old and when the valve was turned all the way
'off" water was still coming out.

The part was $22.95 at the store.

I didn't need the handle puller and other equipment so may be I had a different setup.
