I am buying a new house and notice that the bedroom right under a shower has heavy patching and paint on the ceiling and the ceiling in that spot is buckled. I would guess a leaky shower pan?? What does a shower pan cost to replace? Is the major cost in the shower pan or in the retiling of the shower stall? Can I do any of this myself to save money? I will be very very short on money when I move in!! |
