I assume you mean PVC rather than OVC, The bell direction is irrelevent since the fitting bells will be reversed from the flow also. : does it matter if the "bells" on 4" OVC sewer pipe : are facing with or against the slope of the pipe? Are the pipes supposed to be installed so that water etc. : does not "bump" up against the ridge end of each succeeding length of pipe?
