hi, just had my landlord's electric water heater repaired (upper element replaced) on friday. prior to this repair, there were no leaks. now, there is a leak at the hose bib(?)/connector. it's a relatively slow leak. i'm wondering what could've caused this leak? and when i talk to my landlord he'll want to know could this problem be repaired also or is it time to replace this older heater? thanks in advance. t. |
