My daughter recently rented an apartment. The floor is tiled. It is rectangular in shape and has a sink in the center of the room and a toilet to the left and all the way to the right in the corner is the shower which has a shower head on the ceiling of the bathroom and a drain on the floor directly below the showerhead. Instead of having shower doors, this bathroom has only a long shower curtain to keep the water inside. Needless to say, the water will not stay entirely inside of this area. Since the rent is quite cheap in this apartment this is the reason why the shower is the way it is. My husband and I would like to make it where there is some type of containment for the water. We were think a swing out shower door. What are your suggestions. Should the sides be built up with some sort of tiles or something too. Please e-mail me back. Thank you.
