If you are acurate in your description, you have the beginnings of a main sewer plug. : put a new toilet in--flushes ok,but the water level wont rise very high in the bowl itself,even all drains : out after 10mins..but no leakage on the floor!-------------also my other toilet sometimes double flushes, : meaning when it starts to refil again about halfway,the water flushes down again,magically.I : have augered from the roof pipe down 40 ft,,,also changed flapper,float,etc...to no avail....... : AAANnnyyyy ideas??? : thx,jk
