I would suspect that in the process of piping the indirect heater, you forgot the prime rules of gravity heating systems. 1. the piping must always flow up hill. 2. there can be no places where air can accumulate. The problem is the gravity hot water no longer reaches the tank from the boiler even though the pipe is 28mm? : PS : Can I add an additional pump on the return to boost the flow. : Ta
