I would suspect that in the process of piping the indirect heater, you forgot the prime rules of gravity heating systems. 1. the piping must always flow up hill. 2. there can be no places where air can accumulate. Usually abiding by #1 takes care of #2. : Hi terry, : I have recrently replaced my direct hot water cylinder with a indirect cylinder and re-made all the pipe connections to allow for a expansion tank and overflow pipe. The problem is the gravity hot water no longer reaches the tank from the boiler even though the pipe is 28mm? : Ta
