furnace expansion tank replacement

Terry, I have noticed the pressure in my furnace is causing the
relief valve to work. The fluctuation of temp/pressure is:
@160 8lbs - @190 22 lbs. I have drained the expansion
tank and recharged it..and I still have these fluctations.
Is it time for a new expansion tank? Thanks,
