If only all your problems were so easy to fix. It just requires melting out the existing lead joint, and installing a new cast-iron closet bend. The hardest part is pouring the horizontal joint, which for a plumber is no problem at all. An hour, two at the most for a slow plumber, and a little bit of material. : After we removed the subfloor we could see a crack in the pipe to the tolet. I guess it is time to call a
