|In response to Re: Replacement Dishwasher|
: My old dishwasher died, and I need to replace it. Since the first one was installed, however, ceramic tile was added (not under the dishwasher) and a new countertop was installed (glued and screwed) I only have 33 15/16" from the floor to the bottom of the cabinets. Is there any way to get the old washer out and the new one in short of ripping up either the cabinets or the floor? Any advice would be appreciated.
The dishwasher should have leveling legs, threaded bolts for height adjustment, that can be "screwed up", you know, raise the screws by threading them up and into the framework of the dishwasher. That should enable you to remove the old dishwasher. Terry
