air in pipes

Every morning (or if we havent use the water for a long period of time throughout the day) we have a lot of air in our lines in the toilets and faucets. We have a Culligan system, well water and it has been mildly dry here. Our water level has been fine. It's only the cold water. It has a lot of pressure behind it as it has taken the toilet line off inside the back of the toilet and given me a minor shower. Is this a blocked vent on the roof or a faucet that's bad? We have three toilets in a one story ranch home.
